Prosecution rests its case in Ray John matter; defense intends to make no-case submission on February 26

The prosecution rested its case in the Ray John matter of alleged
passport fraud today, February 14, and the defense intends to make
a no-case submission.


Reports say the case was completed with the evidence of a
Barbadian station sergeant – who is an expert IT officer –being read
into evidence by the local investigator, Sergeant Chatham.


The matter has been adjourned to February 26, when attorneys
Hugh Marshall, Jr., representing John, and Michael Archibald
representing his co-accused will put forward their submission to
have the matter dismissed.
