Corbin continues her winning ways, sweeping the Jaycees Caribbean Queen contest to take second crown in two weeks 

Ischikelle Corbin, Miss Antigua and Barbuda 2023, has done it again
– this time walking away with the 60 th Miss Jaycees Caribbean Queen
Show title after a night of stiff competition.

Wowing the judges, Corbin captured the crown from a field of eight
delegates from across the Caribbean, including the British Virgin
Islands, Dominica, Haiti, Montserrat, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St.
Vincent & The Grenadines, and the United States Virgin Islands.

Miss Antigua and Barbuda earned the Miss Congeniality award and
was adjudged “best” in all segments of the competition: interview,
swimwear, performing talent, modelling skills (evening wear), and
dress.

At the end of the competition, the first runner-up spot was awarded
to Miss Dominica, with the second runner-up position being won by
Miss St. Vincent & The Grenadines.

Meanwhile, Miss St. Lucia captured the Miss Photogenic and Most
True to Theme awards.

The competition was held in grand Jaycees style on Monday night,
July 31, at Carnival City. 

This is Corbin’s second crown in as many weeks, having won almost
all the segments in the Miss Queen of Carnival competition two
Sundays ago.

In her student days Corbin represented the Princess Margaret
School in the Teenage Pageant Competition, and, since then,
expressed her desire to compete in other pageants, locally and
internationally.
