Christian counselors come together to host symposium on mental-health issues affecting society; attendance is free

As concerned persons and organizations continue to focus on
mental health and its impact on an individual’s quality of life, a
significant opportunity for dialogue and awareness is being made
available.

The public is invited to take advantage of a mental health
symposium that will be led by a dedicated group of Christian
counselors and held at the end of this month, from August 31 to
September 3.

“The symposium stands as an essential platform for the community
to engage in meaningful conversations about mental health and
related challenges,” according to the facilitators.

Organized under the guidance of Professor Dr. Lennox Pigott, the
seminar aims to address crucial mental health topics that impact the
society. Accordingly, topics will include “Mental Health,” “Youth
Violence,” and “Family Relationships.”

The event, which will be hosted at the conference room of the Sir
Vivian Richards Cricket Ground, will provide an open forum for
discussion on pressing issues.

Admission is free, and those interested in complimentary
transportation by arrange it by calling or WhatsApping 772-4357.
