Hour of Prayer for the Nation to be hosted by UPP’s Senator Joseph tonight on Progressive FM

This evening, June 15, Senator Johnathan Joseph, the United Progressive Party (UPP) Candidate for St Mary’s North, along with his constituency branch and campaign team, will host what is dubbed the “Power Hour of Prayer” on Progressive 107.3FM.

Joseph says the exercise is to invoke God’s spirit in this country to counter the wickedness of the Gaston Browne Administration.

As a prelude to tonight, Joseph says, he held a prayer session on Sunday, June 12, setting the tone for the hour of prayer.

A devout Adventist, Joseph is no stranger to preaching the gospel, and will dedicate about 10 minutes, himself, to lifting up the Word of God.

Senator Joseph says the Browne Administration has done some unconscionable things to the people, while plunging the Nation into hardship and causing residents to struggle.

He says it was through God’s assistance that many leaders were removed during Biblical times; and if God could do it then, He can do it now, because He is the same, yesterday, today and forever.

Joseph further acknowledges that there is a lot of evil in Antigua and Barbuda, and this requires spiritual intervention.
