COVID-19 cases continue decline, while vaccination figures are barely moving, according to latest dashboard

The country’s active COVID-19 cases now stand at 36, in spite of 10 new lab-confirmed cases being reported for Saturday, February 26.

The Ministry of Health’s most recent dashboard indicates that four of the cases were recorded on Friday, February 25, and six on Saturday, February 26, from 401 samples processed at the hospital.

Therefore, the total count of COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is 7,447.

There were 23 recovered cases recorded over the two-day period, and there are still no hospitalizations.

Meanwhile, vaccinations have slowed significantly, with the fully vaccinated number being just over 61,000 persons, while those partially vaccinated remain at just over 2,000.
