New executive elected to manage affairs of the Antigua and Barbuda Chamber of Commerce

The Antigua and Barbuda Chamber of Commerce has elected a new
executive to run its affairs for the next several months.
The biannual general meeting was held at the Cortsland Hotel last
Thursday, February 22.

Wenise Davis replaces Yves Ephraim, the immediate past president,
as the organization’s new president.

Serving as her first vice president is Mario Colindres, while Ladesa
James-Williams was elected as the second vice president.

Other members of the new executive include Bertram Alexander,
treasurer, with Jackie Ferracho-Williams, David Kinnell, Errol
Samuel, and Sushil Satpute all serving as directors.

Martin Cave remains the executive director, which is a non-elected
position.

The meeting addressed several key agenda items, including the
minutes of the annual general meeting held in February 2022; the
report of the Board of Directors for the years 2022 – 2023; and an
overview of the plans for 2024–2025.
