Christian advises PM Browne to tone down the attitude and be more respectful in order to improve local investment climate

Former banker Everett Christian believes that Prime Minister Gaston Browne’s attitude has damaged Antigua and Barbuda’s investment climate.

PM Browne is widely considered to be disrespectful, not only to those who oppose him politically, but to anyone who challenges him otherwise. He has also been known to attack potential investors for one reason or another, which, Christian says, is not wise.

This, Christian believes, is the reason that most of the investments announced by the Labour Party Government have not materialized.

The former banker says this type of hostile approach is detrimental, and the Prime Minister should tone down his attitude and attempt to work with others in a more respectful manner.
