UPP Rural North Candidate tells her opponent that prayer without works is not enough support for businesses

Pearl Quinn-Williams, the United Progressive Party’s Candidate for St. John’s Rural North, is decrying the lack of real action by her political opponent, Charles “Max” Fernandez, who reportedly has recommended that constituents pray their problems away.

In contrast, Quinn Williams is pledging to fight for the people and show them what real leadership looks like.

She says that business people are reporting that the only solution coming from Fernandez is that they take their issues to the Lord in prayer.

The UPP Candidate says this appears to be the only advice from the Antigua Labour Party representatives, while they refuse to lend a helping hand or offer a stimulus to the business community.
