NEARLY ALL HOSPITAL WORKERS HAVE BEEN VACCINATED, SAYS DR. DUNCAN
Close to 90 percent of healthcare workers at the Mount St. John Medical Centre have been inoculated against the COVID-19 virus.
The inoculation of healthcare and other frontline workers commenced in late February, in spite of their earlier objections to the AstraZeneca vaccine.
The Medical Director at the hospital, Dr. Albert Duncan, says he is happy that most of the hospital’s personnel availed themselves of the opportunity to get vaccinated, thereby protecting not only themselves, but their families, communities, and their patients.
