Apparent sexual predator terrorizes two women within hours early-morning March 26

A woman was traumatized by an intruder who entered her Cashew
Hill home with the intent to sexually assault her.

Reports say the woman telephoned Police Headquarters and
reported that an unknown man had broken into her house
sometime after 1 a.m. on March 26.

Reportedly, the woman had secured her house after midnight and
gone to bed.

However, at about 1:45 a.m. she says she felt someone touching her,
and awoke to see a dark, slimly built man, about 5’ 5” tall, and
dressed in a dark-coloured coverall, with his face and head covered
with a dark cloth. He was standing over her.
She alleges that the intruder ordered her to keep quiet or he would
kill her.

Allegedly, he then instructed that she remove her underwear; but
she told the man she was on her menstrual cycle.

Therefore, he reportedly informed her that he would not rape her
but would masturbate, instead.

Fortunately, the victim’s boyfriend arrived at her home at about
1:50 a.m., causing the intruder to flee and he made his escape
through the kitchen.

Apparently, there were no signs of forced entry; but it appears that
the perpetrator may have gained access through a northern kitchen
door that was not locked.

Nothing was reported stolen.
A search was carried out for the alleged offender without success.

Meanwhile, another woman telephoned the Criminal Investigations
Department (CID) and reported that an unknown man of a dark
complexion, slim in build, and about 5’ 9” tall – and wearing similar
dark clothing and head covering –
Had attempted to break into her home.

This is believed to be the same man who tried to assault the Cashew
Hill woman, as this offence reportedly occurred some two hours
after, at about 3:25 a.m. on March 26.

It is alleged that this victim had secured her home at about 9 p.m. on
March 25 and gone to bed.

However, she was awakened by a sound coming from an eastern
living-room door and she went to check. There, she was confronted
by the unknown man trying to enter her home.

Again, in this case, the Police reportedly saw no signs of forced
entry.

A search was carried out for the would-be intruder without success.
Last year, 2023, REAL News reported a similar incident in which a
Creekside woman was forced to remove her clothing on the
instruction of an intruder, who then masturbated when she
complied.
