PM Browne’s immature behaviour and lack of focus are at the root of the people’s hardship and suffering, Tabor says

The immature and sometimes ridiculous actions of Prime Minister
Gaston Browne are being blamed for the suffering and hardship the
people are enduring, with joblessness and the poor supply of water
among a plethora of issues.

According to Damani Tabor, the United Progressive Party’s public
relations officer, in 2018, a political consultant from another island
had suggested that it will take a while for the Nation to reach
consensus and the collective realization that Browne’s immaturity
and lack of focus are directly correlated to their suffering.

Tabor says there has been a bit of a delayed reaction; but, currently,
the dominant conclusion of the public is that the prime minister has
failed to deliver on the majority of promises.
And the critical ones – like water, which was promised would be
fixed in 14 days; more jobs; and a lower cost of living, are still
unfulfilled, he says.

The UPP officer says the Browne Administration has failed to fulfill
most of its election promises because PM Browne is not a serious
person and is just too distracted.

He says that people are judging the performance of the party and
not individual candidates; but they have rejected Browne because of
his constant attacks on residents on social media.

Tabor observes that the prime minister and his Cabinet are not
running the country properly, and yet Browne can always be found

on Facebook attacking his political opponents or anyone who
opposes his style of leadership.

He says the people are fed up with this type of politics, especially
when they are suffering. Hence, he suggests that Browne stop being
a Facebook troll and see about the country’s affairs.

Meanwhile, Tabor says the momentum continues to shift away from
“the failed Labour Party experiment.”

Once the Nation comes to the conclusion that Browne is the cause of
their hardship, it is pretty much finished, the UPP spokesman says.
