Mother of missing teen, Kevin Millett, is desperately worried, as family offers $5k reward for information on his whereabouts
A family continues to plead for information that could lead to the whereabouts of a Grays Farm teenager who has not been seen or heard from since Friday, March 17, and for which a reward is being offered.
Reports say the sum of $5,000 has been put up by the relatives of the missing youth, Kevin Millett, aged 18.
Millett’s mother is growing desperately worried about her son, whose friends have not even reached out to her so far, she says.
Reports say that the rented car the teen was driving at the time of his disappearance was found – burnt out – in the Pot Works Dam area on Friday, March 17. However, there was no sign of him anywhere, and attempts to contact him via his cell phone have proven futile.
The Police continue to investigate the circumstances that led to the destruction of the car and the disappearance of the teen.
Meanwhile, residents are being asked to render the family some assistance if they have information on the youth’s whereabouts, since these past days have not been easy and have caused the family great distress.
Anyone with information should contact the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) at 462-3913.
