No new COVID cases recorded for Tuesday, Ministry of Health is happy to report

For the first time in months, there were zero new cases of  COVID-19, as was reported for Tuesday, November 2.

The Ministry of Health says 38 samples were processed at the hospital that day and all returned negative.

Therefore, the total number of  lab-confirmed virus cases in Antigua and Barbuda is 4,072,  inclusive of 150 active infections.

Ten people recovered recently from the virus, increasing that total to 3,818.

There are 16 hospitalized cases, nine of which are mild, four moderate and three severe.

Meanwhile, Antigua and Barbuda has fully vaccinated 50,811 individuals while 6,105 have  received their first dose.
