All Saints, was shot and injured during a robbery at the business
place on Wednesday, March 20, at about 9 p.m., and the Police are on
the manhunt for the alleged perpetrators.

Reports say that three bandits entered the restaurant and held the
owner and one of his employees at gunpoint and demanded money.

The three masked men – two wearing hoodies and one with a white
t-shirt wrapped around his head – are said to be dark in complexion.
One is described as being about 6 feet in height, while the other two
are about 5 feet 9 inches tall.

The robber wearing a grey hoodie was armed with a silver handgun,
whic he pointed at the proprietor and his employee.

He then ordered them to leave the restaurant while the tallest
bandit, wearing a black hoodie, took the cash register containing an
undisclosed sum of money.

The armed robber then took the gun and struck the employee to the
back of his head before shooting him in the right knee.

Afterwards, the three assailants fled in a red Toyota Passo motorcar,
license plate #R5033, with the robber masked by the white T-shirt
as the driver.

The incident was immediately reported to the All Saints Police
Station by the business owner.

The injured employee was transported to the Sir Lester Bird Medical
Centre by the co-owner of the restaurant. Reportedly, he is in stable
condition.

Allegedly, the Police have retrieved a .25 calibre spent shell from the
scene.

A search was carried out in the surrounding areas for anyone fitting
the description of the assailants, but without success, and inquiries
into this aggravated robbery are ongoing.

The Police are asking anyone with information to contact the All
Saints Station at 460-1000 or the Criminal Investigations
