UPP’s proposal of an incubator for small businesses is the best plan for this economic sector, Smith says

Anthony Smith, the United Progressive Party (UPP) Candidate for the All Saints West constituency, says the Party’s business-incubator idea is best for building the country’s small-business sector. 

Smith, an entrepreneur himself, is a strong advocate for small enterprises and for empowering young people to become business owners.

He notes that the pandemic has forced many people, especially the youth, to open business ventures to support themselves and their families. The UPP believes in empowering such entrepreneurs, Smith says, and will be assisting them in order to help boost economic growth.

The UPP Candidate says the Government should be ensuring that small operators are given the assistance they need, so they can make a meaningful contribution to the economic fortunes of the country.
