Police Officers’s Sudden Death Shocks Colleagues and Friends
Police were called to a Yorks Village home on Sunday afternoon, March 7, to look into the sudden death of one of their own.
Reports are that Sergeant Hughon David died at his home; but lawmendo not suspect foul play. He was pronounced dead by a medical doctor and the body was removed to a funeral home.
A relative of the deceased says he had tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Hence, it is suspected that his death could be related to the infection.
David’s death has shocked not only the Police Force, but scores of people who knew him. Many of them took to Facebook to express condolences to his family, with one friend describing him as the funniest person she ever knew.
