The public is being urged to be on the lookout for a stolen vehicle after a black Honda CR-V was taken from the Potters New Extension community in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The vehicle, a 2012 Honda CR-V bearing registration number A24314, was reportedly taken sometime between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Residents are being urged to remain vigilant following the theft.
The owner has appealed to the public for assistance in locating the vehicle and has advised anyone who spots it not to approach it, but instead to contact the relevant authorities immediately.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the vehicle is asked to contact 780-2033 or 721-0246, or report the sighting to the nearest police station.
The theft is the latest property crime reported in Antigua and Barbuda amid a broader surge in criminal activity that has dominated public attention over the past week. Residents are reminded to ensure their keys are never left in unattended vehicles and that overnight parking is done in well-lit and visible areas where possible.
