Two-car collision on American Road sends passenger to hospital for treatment while driver may face charges

A female passenger in a vehicle that overturned on the American Road is
nursing injuries at the hospital.
 
Reports say the vehicle in which she was travelling, a Toyota Corolla, was
going from south to north on the busy roadway when the vehicle moved into
the path of a Toyota Harrier, being driven by a woman and heading in the
opposite direction. 

As a result of the impact, the Harrier flipped and landed on its roof, resulting
in extensive damage to the vehicle. 

Reports say the driver had to be helped out of the vehicle by onlookers.
However, she sustained only minor injuries but was visibly shaken by the
ordeal.

The driver of the Corolla, meanwhile, is facing charges for the collision, while
the passenger, according to reports, has complained of pain in her neck, one
hand, and her feet.

This incident is alleged to have occurred on Wednesday, May 22, just after 6
p.m.
