Police seek public’s assistance to identity man who burglarized Paradise Cafe

The public is being asked to help find a young man who broke
into the Paradise Cafe in the Pigotts Mall on Market and Redcliff
Streets.

The intruder broke into the business place just before midnight on
Sunday, November 12.

He was caught on surveillance camera rummaging through the
kitchen, and seen on his knees next to a refrigerator, picking up
what appeared to be money and placing it in his pockets.

He then grabs a bag and begins to place other items into it before
leaving the kitchen area.

The thief was dressed in a T-shirt, a pair of shorts, and slippers, and
wore a bandana tied around his face to conceal his identity.

Reports say the burglar had been spotted in the area last Thursday,
November 9, apparently casing the establishment. He apparently
returned on Sunday to execute the caper.
