It’s a joke, but Bass is not amused by claims of NAMCO job losses; says PM and his supporters are not to be believed
Labour Relations Consultant Henderson Bass is advising residents not to be fooled by the promises and lies uttered by Prime Minister Gaston Browne and his Antigua Labour Party members and supporters.
Bass notes that, ahead of the imminent General Elections, the people are being promised everything under the sun, when many of these things could have been delivered years ago.
And – just as he had done earlier regarding Government Spokesman Lionel “Max” Hurst – Bass describes Browne as a stranger to the truth, adding that the Prime Minister has gone too far in some of his pronouncements.
Making reference to Browne’s statement about massive job losses if the National Asset Management Company (NAMCO) were to be dissolved, Bass says the Prime Minister is “making joke.”
He is reminding residents that nothing Browne says can be believed, and he and his party need to be voted out of office since they serve no useful purpose and have failed the people of this country.
A failed state is how Bass perceives this country under the leadership of PM Browne.
