The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda is calling on the public to help locate a Jamaican national wanted by authorities in St. Kitts and Nevis, after well-placed sources indicated the fugitive may have travelled to Antigua following the issuance of a criminal warrant for his arrest.

Who Is Being Sought

The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force has issued a wanted bulletin for Rohan Mullings, 44, a Jamaican national residing in Pond's Pasture, St. Kitts. Mullings is wanted in connection with an ongoing criminal investigation. The specific offence for which the warrant has been issued has not been publicly disclosed by authorities.

Mullings is described as approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a slim build, black hair, and a dark complexion.

Do Not Approach

Police have issued a clear caution to the public: if you believe you have seen Rohan Mullings or know of his whereabouts, do not approach him. Instead, contact the Criminal Investigations Department of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda, call the Crimestoppers anonymous hotline at 800-TIPS (8477), or report the information to the nearest police station.

Authorities have assured the public that all information provided will be treated with the strictest confidence.

Regional Cooperation in Action

The cross-border nature of the search reflects the importance of inter-island law enforcement cooperation across the Eastern Caribbean, where the proximity of island territories and the availability of regular regional air and sea connections mean that wanted individuals can move between jurisdictions relatively quickly.

The appeal to the Antiguan public to assist in locating a fugitive from a neighbouring island also comes at a moment of heightened regional security cooperation, as Antigua and Barbuda prepares to host the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in November — an event for which national and regional security coordination has already been significantly elevated.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Rohan Mullings is urged to contact the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda at 462-3913 or 462-3914, call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 800-TIPS (8477), or report to the nearest police station.
