Customers whose payments are overude by 45 days-plus will be disconnected, starting next week, APUA warns

The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) is alerting delinquent customers that it will be disconnecting telecommunications services in less than a week.

In a public notice, APUA says its Telecommunications division will commence disconnections from Monday, November 15, on all clients whose accounts are overdue by 45 days or more.

The Authority says this applies to all Inet Mobile, home and business customers.

Therefore, those with outstanding balances should settle their accounts before November 15 to avoid suppression of services.

Several payment options are available to consumers, and APUA is urging that these be used.
