Reverend Fitzroy Knight has been returned to his family unharmed, and they are thanking the public for assistance in helping to locate him last night, October 4.

Earlier that evening, Knight’s daughter Denise had put out a Facebook notice, seeking help in finding her 79-year-old father who, she said, had not returned home.

She said, then, that he was last seen driving his red Nissan March, A28385, in the Herberts and Belmont area, and asked that anyone seeing him should report it to the family.

A number of people posted on social media that they had seen him earlier that day.

However, it was the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force Coast Guard that notified the family, sometime after midnight, that they had located Rev. Knight and his vehicle in the English Harbour area.

He was taken to his home at 1:05 a.m. Tuesday morning , October 5, in the company of relatives and officers from the Coast Guard.

Sources say he was disoriented but not physically hurt.
